- We can arrange a site visit.
- Discuss your thoughts and ideas.
- Get our recommended architect to contact you for a site visit, who will then draw up your plans and ensure you are happy with them.
- We will then submit your plans to the local planning authority.
- If they get passed we can then provide you with a fixed price quotation, if you accept the quotation we can then arrange a payment schedule and a start date.
- This process will normally take approximately 4 months.
